What you'll do
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications with integrated AI and machine learning features.
Build responsive, accessible, and performant front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop and maintain scalable, secure back-end APIs and microservices.
Integrate large language models (LLMs), machine learning models, and third-party AI services into production applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Architect and optimize data pipelines and storage solutions to support AI-driven features.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive technical feedback.
Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack.
Contribute to technical planning, sprint ceremonies, and roadmap discussions.
Stay current with emerging trends in full stack development and applied AI, and advocate for relevant best practices.
Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in cloud environments.
What we're looking for
5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
Proven experience building and shipping production-grade web applications end-to-end.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
Strong proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask), or similar.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or custom models) into applications.
Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively across time zones in a distributed team setting.
Nice to have
Experience fine-tuning or training machine learning models.
Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.
Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets or similar technologies.
Contributions to open-source projects, particularly in AI or full stack domains.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
Experience with serverless architectures and edge computing platforms.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
